Summative Assessments 2025 Datesheet

  Instructions for Students: The examinations shall start at 10.30 A.M and students shall report atleast 30 mins before the start of exams. Students shall bring their own pens, pencils, calculators and other materials necessary for exams. Students shall not use any unfair means during the exams which will result in their failing in that particular paper, if caught. Students should only use blue or black ball point pen for writing, pencil and colour pencils for diagrams. Students should properly write their names, roll numbers and other details asked on their answer sheets. Mobile phones, smart watches, Digital calculators & other electronic devices will not allowed in the exam hall. Seating Arrangement of Students

DUTY ROSTER SUMMATIVE ASSESSMENTS 2024-25

  The Assessments shall be carried out in fair and transparent manner Concerned Superintendents shall be responsible for fairness of Assessments in their respective blocks. Concerned Superintendents shall assign halls to respective incharges day before/on the exam day. Hall incharges should make sure that students write name, roll no, subject etc properly on answer sheets. Hall Incharges should duly sign the answer sheets, continuation sheets of students. Any answer sheet/Continuation sheet not signed by Hall Incharge shall not be considered for marking by subject teacher. The Answer booklets/ miscellaneous stationary shall be handed over to distribution/ collection incharge as soon as possible. The Subject teachers shall mark the Answer sheets within two days positively. Last but not least, Worthy HOI will act as Exam Inspector to look over and keep watch on the whole assessment process.       Sd/= Headmaster

GOVT HS AMAD DATESHEET

  Whereas J&K Govt under a cabinet decision announced restoration of November session for the students of Kashmir Valley & Winter zone of Jammu region for classes 1st to 9th. Whereas, under the same order, School based Assessment was announced for class 8th Students for 2024-25 and onwards. In this regard, Govt PM SHRI High School Amad wishes to conduct the said assessments for its students at an appropriate time. So, the school hereby releases the Assessment Datasheets for all students from Class 1st to 9th which can be found below. We hope they prepare well for the same and wish them all the best. Inspire Awards 2024-25

Greeting, Whereas under Inspire MANAK scheme, DST -Ministry of Science and Technology conducts All India level competition on innovation among students. Where as the students of GOVT PM SHRI HS AMAD have been participating in this mega event since 2020 and have earned 7 Inspire awards in last 4 years.  Now that the nominations of Inspire Award for current year i.e. 2024-25 are open, our school wished to select students on merit for the same. In this regard, an idea competition/aptitude test was carried out today i.e. 30-08-24 in which 20 students from class 7th to 10th participated holistically. Each of them demonstrated remarkable effort and enthusiasm, and we commend them all for their efforts. After thorough marking of their assessment sheets, FOUR students have been selected for the Award where as THREE have been kept in the waiting list. School Innovation Council: Selection of Student Members

  Greetings, We at Govt High School Amad want to bring to the kind notice of students and their parents that  school has created a school innovation council with Ministry of Education, Govt of India.  In this regard, executive body has been formed with worthy headmaster Mr. Mashooq Sir  appointed as Chairperson of the council and Mr. Manzoor sir as Convenor. Where, the school shall have to create student members of the council, which school wishes to select on merit and intelligence. In this regard, a limited aptitude test shall be conducted tomorrow at school to select students for the same. We advise students to prepare for the same. It is pertinent to mention that School Innovation council is incredible initiative of Ministry of Education, Govt of India to foster innovation, design, entrepreneurship and 21st century skills in the students.  Under this scheme, students can submit their ideas and innovations and get funding of atleast 2 lakh rupees for the same...

Map Drawing Competition; The Results thereof

  Whereas by 6th of September, a map-drawing competition (of the local village) was held among the students to offer them an enriching and multifaceted learning experience that goes beyond the confines of the classroom. Where as the school leadership realized this task was necessary to inculcate geographical awareness, artistic expression & critical thinking among our students. Whereas, an overwhelming number of "38" students participated in the said task, impressing teachers by drawing colourful, to the scale, artistic maps of their own villages. In this regard, after careful analysis of 'Maps' by worthy panel of teachers, 5 students have been declared winners while 4 more will be given consolation prizes. Photography Contest

Participate here: Click here to submit your entries Greetings, Today on 19th August, World is celebrating World photography day and to inculcate this form of art in our students, our school will be conducting Photography competition among the students.  To participate in the said competition, the students shall capture the photos and whatsapp them to 7889358600 along with their names and class. The best 5 photographers will be felicitated richly, the results of which will be announced on Wednesday. The photos shall be shared on schools social media channels as well.
