GOVT HS AMAD DATESHEET

 Whereas J&K Govt under a cabinet decision announced restoration of November session for the students of Kashmir Valley & Winter zone of Jammu region for classes 1st to 9th.

Whereas, under the same order, School based Assessment was announced for class 8th Students for 2024-25 and onwards.

In this regard, Govt PM SHRI High School Amad wishes to conduct the said assessments for its students at an appropriate time.

So, the school hereby releases the Assessment Datasheets for all students from Class 1st to 9th which can be found below.

We hope they prepare well for the same and wish them all the best.

Instructions for Students:

  • Students shall report at least 30 mins before the start of exams.
  • Students shall bring their own pens, pencils, calculators and other materials necessary for exams.
  • Students shall not use any unfair means during the exams which will result in their failing in that particular paper, if caught.
  • Students should only use blue or black ball point pen for writing, pencil and colour pencils/pencils for diagrams.
  • Students should properly write their names, roll numbers and other details asked on the answer sheets.
  • Mobile phones, Smart watches, Digital calculators are not allowed in the exam hall.


Request to Subject Teachers:

  • Worthy subject teachers should prepare question papers at earliest and submit them in soft or hard copy to examination IC.
  • As conveyed by worthy HOI, the question papers should match the standards of JKSCERT model papers released in 2023, the papers of which can be found by clicking  >>>here<<<
  • The maximum marks for summative assessment of Class 1st to 8th should be 50 as envisaged in New Assessment & Evaluation Scheme launched in 2023.
  • For Class 9th Term II examinations, the Maximum marks shall be 40. The Model papers for class 9th can be found  >>>here<<<
  • A detailed duty roster for assessments shall be released next week.
  • The exam IC should compile the results soon after commencement of exams and using necessary IT tools, upload class 1st to 8th results on school website so that students and their parents could view it remotely.
  • Class 9th results shall be confidentially handed over to Head of Institute on a requisite format.
