This is a secure online platform developed in-situ at Govt PM SHRI HS Amad, wherein worthy staff members can punch in Formative Assessment Marks of Students Class Wise. Multiple teachers can submit Marks for different subjects simultaneously.
FORMATIVE ASSESSMENT II MARKS ENTRY
STEPS TO FOLLOW:
STEP 1: CLICK ON THE HIGHLIGHTED LINK TO ACCESS THE PORTAL
STEP 2: TYPE THE CONFIDENTIAL PASSWORD AND CLICK LOGIN
STEP 2: SELECT CLASS
STEP 3: STUDENT LIST WILL POP UP
STEP 4: ENTER MARKS FOR YOUR OWN SUBJECT
STEP 5: BEFORE SUBMITTING, VERIFY MARKS
STEP 6: SUBMIT MARKS
STEP 8: THEREAFTER LOGOUT
IMPORTANT POINTS TO REMEMBER ⚠️
✅ Password Security
- Never share the password with anyone outside the school
- The password is confidential for authorized teachers only
✅ Multiple Teachers
- Different teachers can submit marks at the same time for different subjects
- Your marks for one subject won't affect another teacher's subject marks
✅ Updating Marks
- If you submitted marks by mistake, you can log in again and correct them
- Simply re-enter the correct marks and click Submit again
- The new marks will replace the old ones
- The link will expire in due course of time
